Welcome to 'feeling beautiful, whatever you weigh'

I am Lily Kelly and I want to thank you for checking out my blog today. I am going to talk about finding happiness and contentment in your life, no matter how much you weigh, and give you some ideas and practical ways to find a happy and healthy balance so you can live life to its fullest.
As women we are often in one of the four stages of weight management;
1. Thinking about going on a diet.
2. On a diet.
3. Maintaining our post diet weight.
4. Feeling guilty, but just not in the right mind set to start yet another diet.

How often do you put off life's pleasures whilst in one or more of these stages?
How often have you said "I'll buy new clothes when I lose some weight", or "I'll go on holiday when I am thinner"?
My intention is to help motivate you to love the body you are in right now, and live your life every day with the joy and happiness you deserve.

I am looking forward to getting to know you and being part of your journey as you find your true self and learn to enjoy everyday being you.
